Consideration and adoption of a Resolution authorizing a promissory note between the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity and San Juan Health Service District, San Juan County, to finance the cost of constructing a replacement critical access hospital; and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated
