NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. A request to amend the Desert Color zone plan . This PD (Planned Development) amendment would allow the construction of a new Intermountain Health Satellite Emergency and Health Clinic on approximately 15.12 acres. The facilities offer a variety of health services ranging from emergency services to clinic facilities and is intended to service the immediate Desert Color and surrounding communities. The site is located on the south side of the terminus of Desert Color Parkway just south of the roundabout at Desert Color Parkway and Lagoon Parkway (see map on back). The applicant is HKS Inc. and the representative is Savannah Gregory. The project will be known as IH Desert Color.
