a) Declaration of Surplus Equipment - Resolution #2024-32-R
8. Concept Review - Thornton Farm - 374 West Lakeview Road. The applicant has applied for a concept review to construct 47 small-lot single family homes on the Thornton farm property (Parcel
ID: 14:068:0140). A Concept Review allows applicants to receive city council feedback and comments on proposed developments. No formal approvals or motions will be given, but general
feedback is typically provided.
9. Public hearing: Fee schedule updates for Aquatic Center, Resolution #2024-33-R. The Council will review and consider updates to the FY2024-25 fee schedule, specifically for updates to the
Aquatic Center rental fees.
10. Closed Session - The City Council will discuss potential purchase or sale of real property and pending or possible litigation per Utah Code 52-4-205(1)(e) & 52-4-205(1)(c). This session is closed
to the general public.
