NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF MONTICELLO ELECTED OFFICIALS' YEARLY COMPENSATION Notice is hereby given that the Monticello City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, to receive comments on the proposed Yearly Compensation Change for Elected Officials of the City of Monticello. The hearing will begin at 7:00 pm at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Hideout Way, Monticello UT 84535. Details of the compensation changes are available for public inspection in the office of the City Recorder. The public is invited to attend all City meetings. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone needing special accommodations to attend this Public Hearing may contact the City Office, 435-587-2271, at least three days prior to the hearing. /s/Melissa Gill Recorder

THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND ALL CITY MEETINGS Monticello City Council holds meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, unless otherwise posted, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Main, beginning promptly at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone needing special accommodations to attend a meeting may contact the City Office, 587-2271, at least three working days prior to the meeting. City Council may adjourn to closed session by majority vote, pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-4 & 5.
