- CITY OF HOLLADAY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of November 2024, the Holladay City Council adopted Ordinance 2024-18 Ordinance 2024-18 amends city code section 13.14.031 - accessory dwelling units, specifically External Accessory Dwelling Units (EADU) including lot size requirements and setting standards for the conversion of existing EADU's All details of the adopted ordinance cannot be described in this summary. The fully executed copy of the ordinance is retained in the Office of the City Recorder pursuant to Utah Code Annotated 10-3-711
