- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on November 12, 2024, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 24-44: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-6-301 TO ALLOW TATTOO ESTABLISHMENTS AS A PERMITTED USE IN THE BRP, MXD, CC, C-1, C-2, C-3, AND LI ZONES AND TO REMOVE THE PROHIBITION ON TATTOO ESTABLISHMENTS IN ALL OVERLAY ZONES. The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
