The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: Prayer Pledge: Public comments, limited 3 min per person 1- Action Item-Review and approve minutes of Oct 9, 2024 Council meeting. 2.-Action Item-Review & approval of Oct 9- Nov 13, 2024 Bills/Payroll 3- Action Item-Review financial report, bank reconciliations and Water adjustments or write offs. 4-Information-Public hearing date for Subdivision, Update by the Hansen Group and adoption date for the subdivision update. Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson 5-Discuss and vote-Water Update. Roads- Sam Patterson 6- Discuss and vote- Road Updates Planning and Zoning-Terra Bell 7-Discuess- Planning Commission meeting update- Parks- Mariah Huggins 8-Discuss-General Park update Fire Department-Sheriff's Office-Adjournment
