INVITATION TO BID Separate sealed bids for construction of the Washington City Wheels Park Project will be received by Washington City from bidders. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, November 21st, 2024, 2:00 PM MST at the City Offices located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah, 84780. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM MST Thursday, December 5th, 2024 at the City Offices located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah, 84780. The work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and as shown on the DRAWINGS. The work includes roadway and utility improvements; grading and drainage improvements; construction of concrete flatwork and pathways, parking lot, two restroom buildings, and a trellis structure; installation of a pedestrian bridge, coordination with skate park, bike park, splash pad, challenge course, playground, and pavilion contractors, and landscaping improvements for the highly anticipated Wheels Park located at the east end of George Washington Blvd. Plans and Specifications have been prepared by Rosenberg Associates and will be available Monday, November 18th, 2024 on the Washington City website using the following link: https://washqa.org/planspecs/WheelsPark
