NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF 10TH AND MAIN PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2024 AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095

C. Consent Items
1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on November 4, 2024.
D. Action Items
1. Consider adoption of the tentative operating, debt service, and capital budget for calendar year 2024 and calendar year 2025 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same.
2. Consider approval of the proposal and/or engagement agreement from the Connextion Group for engineering cost certification services, and authorizing the Chair to sign.
3. Consider authorizing the Chair to request submittal of proposals from qualified municipal advisors with respect to District Bonds to ensure proper issuance and compliance with the Governing Document and authorizing the Chair to select and sign a proposal from a qualified municipal advisor if approved by the Board.
E. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any public infrastructure district business.
