NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Design Review Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The public hearing shall be preceded by a work session from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. City Staff will host the meeting, FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1. Public Hearing: Mural - Located at 912 Garden Drive
(Mud Hole Neighborhood)
Public Hearing to consider the request of Kyle Larsen for a mural on the east wall of the Megaplex Theater, located at 912 Garden Drive in the Neighborhood Commercial (C-N) Zone.
2. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 2464 West 280 South
(Sam White's Lane Neighborhood)
Public Hearing to consider the request of Brandan Case for a commercial site plan for a retail building, located at approximately 2464 West 280 South in The Grove Zone - Mixed Housing Subdistrict.
Review and approve the minutes for the July 22nd, 2024, meeting.
