NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Planning & Zoning Commission has scheduled a working meeting on 13th of November 2024 At the Hanksville Community Center Meeting shall begin promptly at 6pm The agenda shall be as follows: Review submitted comments and prepare to hand over the Ordinance document to the Town Council to vote on. Items to review: Cap on short-term rentals. Minimize the short-term rental ordinance. Reduce the setbacks on property. Clarify where setbacks start - street or property line. Delete the Historic Society Ordinance Discuss Planning Commission schedule, tasks and agenda for 2025. Easement from BLM to Dennis Ekker's subdivision. Discuss with the Town Council their opinion on approval of the Ekker Subdivision by year end before the increased road width law comes into effect. Begin researching the process for completing the Annexation Plan for Hanksville. Dated this 12th day of November 2024 Lisa J Wells Clerk
