- Notice is hereby given that the Holden Town Council will hold their regularly scheduled town council meeting in the Holden Town Hall located at 185 S. Main, on Wednesday November 13 ,2024. This meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, prayer & roll call 2. Approval of October 9, 2024 Council Meeting Minutes 3. Payment of payroll/reimbursements and bills 4. Petitions, Remonstrance and Communications 5. Planning and Land Use - Ted Bennett 6. Report of Officers-Boards-Committees a. Tamara Dallin- Roads and Landfill Landfill issues b. LaRee Stephenson- Parks, Recreation and CERT DUP records room c. David Wood- Electric 'A Resolution authorizing and approving the Millard County Power Project Power Sales Contract with Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems; and related matters' 'A Resolution authorizing and approving the Power County Power Project Power Sales Contract with Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems; and related matters' d. Phil Whatcott- Water and Fire Department Award well drilling contract e. Mayor Darren Fox - Cemetery and Employees 7. New Business Post office hours on Dec. 24th 8.Outstanding business 9.
