- Plain City Cemetery District Board Meeting November 14, 2024 - 7:00 p.m. Plain City Cemetery Office Building Board Members Ross Taylor-Chairman Monette Panter-Co-Chairman Jeff East Joel Freestone Brent Weston Jon Bradford-Secretary/Treasurer Clint Barney-Sexton Top Tier Yard Care/Caretaker Andrew Stockmaster/Maintenance Board Members excused: Welcome - Prayer/Moment of Silence 1. Review and approve minutes from the meeting held September 12, 2024 and October 10, 2024. 2. Review, discuss and approve the financial and bank statements for the 3rd quarter of 2024. 3. Review, discuss and approve the tentative budget for the year 2025 and set a public hearing for December 12, 2024 to approve the final adoption of said budget. 4. Review, discuss and approve any maintenance issues on equipment or ground. 5. Review and discuss the new employees. Information is needed from both employees. 6. Review and discuss the phone and internet. 7. Review that the applications for renewing a board term for the Plain City Cemetery should be sent to the Weber County Commissioners and are due by November 22, 2024. 8. Other Business or concerns from members of the Board or the public. 9. Adjourn.
