- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 12th day of November 2024 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember A. Hanover - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held October 1, 2024 2. Business - Youth Council Liaison - Scott Archibald - Myler Spring Improvements - Holly Jones - Cemetery Rules & Regulations Booklet - Resolution 24-09 'A Resolution Amending the Master Fee Schedule to Include a Minor Subdivision Fee' - Proposed Amendments to Winter Parking Regulations - Ordinance 24-03 ' An Ordinance Amending Clarkston Town Code 6-1-4E Winter Parking' - Waste Management Rate Increase Effective November 1, 2024 - Closed Session - To Discuss Reasonably Imminent Litigation 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Roads Department - Parks Department Councilmember M. Stephensen - October Warrant List - Youth Council - Citizen Advisory Committee - Pickle Ball Court Project Survey Councilmember A. Hanover - Water Department - Planning Commission Councilmember M. Kelly - Cemetery Department - Float/ Parades - Cache County School District 4. Other Business - Public Comment - Next meeting - December 3, 2024 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to a closed session.
