NS PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1 & 3-5 JOINT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE TENTATIVE AMENDED BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2024 AND TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2025 The Boards of Trustees of the NS Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1 & 3-5 (each a 'District,' collectively the 'Districts') will hold a Public Hearing at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, via teleconference. The meeting is open to the public and can be attended virtually, using the following information: LINK: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84006881755?pwd=YHx9I0uzvW8mhhLRESEM9fW1RYCVGD.1 Meeting ID: 840 0688 1755 Passcode: 602297 Call-in Number: 1-720-707-2699 The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting the Tentative Amended Budget as the Final Budget for Calendar year 2024 and the Tentative Budgets as the Final Budgets for Calendar Year 2025. Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budgets of any fund. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing reasonable accommodation to fully participate in this hearing should notify Allison Hanson at 303-858-1800 at least one full business day prior to the hearing.
