NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm on the 12th day of November 2024 at the Garland City Building. The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Call Meeting to Order
2. Consideration and possible action on a preliminary plat for the Mercury Subdivision located in the vicinity of 415 West Factory Street which consists of approximately 58.213 acres (Parcel Nos. 06-064-0007, 06-064-0012 and 06-061-0013).
3. Consideration and possible action on site plan approval for Garland Childcare and Adult Respite Care Centers located at 231 North Main Street (Parcel No. 06-058-0102).
4. Consideration and possible action on conditional use permit and site plan approval of King Farms Trucking located at approximately 12200 North Canal Bank Road on approximately 11.33 acres (Parcel No. 06-060-0119).
