10:00 AM Public hearing and possible action regarding the proposed Slopeside Village Canyons Employee Housing Phase II Final Site Plan. The applicant, Tony Tyler, is requesting approval of Slopeside Village Canyons Employee Housing Phase II that will be located on the easterly portion of LV6-A and will have two (2) five-story buildings, a maximum of 6,801.5' ASL, consisting of 149 units, and will include 149 surface and structured parking spaces.
