- PUBLIC NOTICE Public Notice is hereby given that the Bear River Water Conservancy District Board of Trustees has three vacancies for Trustees due to the expiration of terms on December 31, 2024 representing the following areas: 1) Independent Water Companies 2) Bear River Canal Company 3) South Willard - Willard - Perry - Mantua Board Members are appointed to a four-year term. Each Board Member must be a registered voter, a resident within the boundaries of the District; and a resident of the area they are representing. Interested parties may submit their name for consideration to Box Elder County Commission, Chrisee Bennett, Secretary, 1 South Main Brigham City, Utah 84302 or email to: cbennett@boxeldercountyut.gov by 3:00 PM Thursday, November 26, 2024. The County Commission shall fill the vacancies by appointment on Wednesday December 4, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. at the regularly scheduled County Commission meeting.
