A M E N D E D NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on October 22, 2024. 6. EXPENDITURES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for October 2024. 7. BUSINESS a. Consider awarding the RFQ for general engineering services for the Airport for the next 5 years. b. Consider approving a contract with VCBO. c. Discuss funding for the southwest water line project and the possibility of increasing the grant funds from $1.125M to $1.5M and consider increasing the City's match from $281,250 to $375,000. d. Discuss the College Avenue/1300 South Bike Path project and consider increasing the City's match from $98,675.60 to $179,766.60. e. Discuss the 1800 South bike path project and consider increasing the City's match from $171,600 to $324,835. f. Consider the purchase of property from Donnell Spencer. g. Consider adopting an updated Tobacco-Free Policy. 8. OTHER BUSINESS 9. EXECUTIVE SESSION a. Sale of real property. 10. RECONVENE a. Consider the sale of property. 11. ADJOURNMENT
