- November 8, 2024 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE 2025 BUDGET AND PROPOSED FEE INCREASES FOR BOUNTIFUL IRRIGATION DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Utah Code Section 17B-1-643, the Board of Trustees of the Bountiful Irrigation District (the 'District') will hold a public hearing to discuss the proposed 2025 Budget. The tentative budget is available for public inspection and may be reviewed during regular business hours at the District office. In addition, the District proposes an increase in the annual assessment rates and fees for parcels located within the District's service area. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to provide an opportunity for public comments on the proposed budget and fee increases. The Public Hearing will be held at the District office, 995 South 500 West, Bountiful, UT, on December 11, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.
