- Riverton City Request for Proposal #246-24 Design, engineer, fabricate and place a renewable solar and energy storage solution to power two city facilities, the Public Works Facility and the Green Well Pump House Riverton City is conducting a Request for Proposal to select a qualified firm to design, engineer, fabricate and place a renewable solar and energy storage solution to power two city facilities, the Public Works Facility and the Green Well Pump House. Proposals will be due by 2:00 pm on December 5, 2024 and may be turned in at the Purchasing Office, located at 12830 South 1700 West, Riverton, Utah 84065, or may be submitted electronically at ccalvert@rivertonutah.gov. Any proposal that is received after this due date and time will be returned unopened to the proposer. All proposals and communications relative to this proposal must bear RFP 246-24. The City will establish a question and answer sheet for this RFP. The deadline to submit questions is December 2, 2024. Any question received after this time will not be addressed. If it becomes necessary to revise the RFP in whole or in part, an addendum will be provided to all proposers who have registered. An electronic format of the proposal may be obtained through the purchasing website. https://www.rivertonutah.gov/purchasing/solicitations.php.

- Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
