PUBLIC HEARING Notice of Public Hearing on November 20, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. to be held at the Salem City Office, located at 30 West 100 South, Salem, to consider an amendment to the Wastewater Treatment and Collections Facilities Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Wastewater Treatment and Collections Facilities Impact Fee Analysis (IFA). TO ALL CITIZENS OF SALEM CITY, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH You and each of you are hereby notified that the City Council of Salem City has appointed the time of 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, for the purpose of a public hearing to consider a request to amend the Wastewater Treatment and Collections Facilities Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Wastewater Treatment and Collections Facilities Impact Fee Analysis (IFA). All public is invited to attend this hearing and be heard regarding the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) amendment.
