Notice of Meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Richfield Sevier County, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at the Richfield City Center, Richfield, Utah, commencing at 6:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Roll Call 2. Conditional Use Permits/Home Occupation Permits a. Danielle Peterson - To request a conditional use for an animal training facility located at 41 S. 100 E Suite A (C-1 use in a downtown zone) cowgirl_3881@msn.com. b. Trudi Torgerson - To request a conditional use to operate Ink Revive Studio - a paramedical tattooing business - out of her home located at 1895 South Cove View Road. (C-1 use in an R1-10 zone) c. Tyler Hall to request a conditional use for a jewelry and gold bullion store to be located at 65 E. 100 S. (C-1 Use in a General Commercial zone) 3. Discussion Items - a. General Plan - Discuss the draft version of the housing section of the new general plan. 4. Minutes Approval - a. Minutes of October 2, 2024, Planning Commission Meeting. 5. Other Business a. Consider a request from Braden Seegmiller to waive the requirement for a portion a fence along the northeast side of the property being developed where it would conflict with the back wall of the Royal Inn. 6. Adjournment.
