NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the South Jordan City Council will hold an in-person meeting on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, beginning at 6:30 PM in the South Jordan City Hall, located at 1600 W. Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, Utah for the purpose of receiving public input on and reviewing each of the following:
1. Ordinance 2024-24, Text Amendment-Commercial Landscaping Standards (City Code 16.30.040).
2. Altitude Multi-Family Development Project: Pertaining to a proposed townhome development, located at approximately 515 W. Ultradent Drive. The current zoning is A-1 and the proposed change is to R-M (PD).
Resolution R2024-21 - Development Agreement
Resolution R2024-24 - Future Land Use Amendment (Ag Preservation to Mixed Use TOD)
Zoning Ordinance 2024-05-Z - Rezone (Agriculture 1 Acre Lot to Residential Multi-Family Residential Planned Unit Development)

Ability to connect and comment is dependent on an individual's internet connection, not the City.
