NOVEMBER 21, 2024 PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 470 Valley View Drive (Scratch Gravel Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Pablo Duvanced for a major home occupation for a daycare within a residence, located at 470 Valley View Drive in the R1-8 (Single-Family Residential) Zone.
