Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Clara, Washington County, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission Meeting in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah, on Thursday, November 14, 2024, commencing at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be broadcasted on our City website at https://santaclarautah.gov.

B. Planning Commission Approval
1. Second Temporary Use Extension: Black Desert Temporary Maintenance Facility. Located northeast of Pioneer Parkway and Red Mountain Drive. Patrick Manning, applicant.
2. Preliminary Subdivision Plat Subdivision Plat Approval for the POM Grove Estates Subdivision located at approximately 2627 Vineyard Drive. Tyler and Chanelle Miller, applicants.
