A public hearing will be held for the following item:
1. Variance Request for Setback and Building Coverage at Approximately 1101 W 400 S - Jason Seaton, the property owner, is requesting a variance to build a new house and accessory structure on the property that would not comply with required setbacks and building coverage. Specifically, the request is to allow a new primary structure with a 10' front yard setback, a 0' corner side yard setback, a new accessory structure with a 14' setback from the public sidewalk, and an overall building coverage of 46% at the above-listed address. The property is zoned R-1/5,000 (Single-Family Residential)District and is located within Council District 2, represented by Alejandro Puy.
