Pioneer Road, Draper, UT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Effervescent Life LLC. Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit Request Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to consider the above-listed request. The property is located at approximately 2529 E Springtime Rd. The purpose of the request is to seek a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Home Occupation that provides personal care services for stress management.
