- Kingston Town Planning Commission NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS DURING THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING ON NOVEMBER 13, 2024, CONVENING AT 7:00 P.M.: Kingston Town will hold a public hearing to discuss an ordinance to bring the Town subdivision requirement in line with updates to Utah State Code.
