Description/Agenda: WEST VALLEY CITY INVITATION TO BID Bidders are invited to bid on a Construction Project titled 2025 Street Light Project, Project Number WVC LT 25-01. Items of work are as follows: Schedule A: Lake Park Blvd, Parkway Blvd to 4800 West. Removal of 47 existing street light poles and fixtures. Installation of three new power pedestals at existing power sources. Installation of a new street light system including 45 street lights and approximately 10,600 feet of conduit and aluminum wire. Schedule B: Various neighborhood locations throughout West Valley City. Installation of 54 new street lights including conduit, aluminum wire and points of disconnect. Removal of one existing street light. Plans are distributed through Sciquest.com. Sciquest Sourcing Event Number: WVC 202528656 Bids will be opened electronically via Sciquest.com. Bid due/opening date shall be on November 27, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local prevailing time, as conclusively established by Sciquest.com. No public bid opening will be held. Bid results will be made available on the Engineering Division website.
