Started preliminary budget worksheet for 2025.
Agenda: Rules of Order as a resolution for next meeting. Cameron was unavailable to discuss the task force meeting. Kelly York (division of water resources explained that for our water run off project, that the div of water resources will not require to get a permit from them. Remote control access (formerly referred to as Scata) approved for $24,000. This rca is a part of our grant, that money must be used for the RCA and nothing else. We would lose that portion if not used for that purpose.
Clerks report: prior ytd: $54,270.47 annual budget$44,602.58, percent used 47.96 percent.

Treasurer report: Bank reconciliation, general ledger balance $122,426.82. Deposits $32,834.21. PTIF account, interest earned $1,475.77, balance $37,018.50. No cash payments. $10 balance or less will not receive a late charge.
Water report: Well 1 375,000 pumped, well 3 974,322. Total pumped 1,262,000. Total sales: 1,262,000. Residential 757,000, Commercial 89,000, Industrial 116,000 Institutional 300,000. 4 tests to have tank testing. No cross connection.
Road report: 6 loads of rodomel, 3 remain to spread onto roads.
Project report: Patriot completed project, need to pass Bac T samples. Need to have a ladder lock. Approximately $70,000 left in grant fund. Gave Brad Christiansen list of Church Wells residence, to be able to test radio frequency for Scata.

Agenda: Dave Schmuker and Katie Joseph will come and discuss annexation to Big Water.Discuss Navajo Hills, Dalton Williams talked to Aaron Langston and dealt with SITLA.
No formal step to go forward, but a formal presentation. SITLA will do easement for waterline. $14,000 to purchase road. Add search Jesse $200,000 Economic development CN clerk recreation and transportation center of education business and arts, will hold lots for property owners to purchase. Establish right of way restoration, city can have road.
Resolution for billing invoice facility fees and fire protection fees. Kane county tax board will send bill out January 1st and needs to be paid by April 1st, no later, otherwise a $15 late fee to be collected by County. Rules of Order as a resolution.
