Center St. Kyle Blackner PO Box 1013 Zoning Administrator Beaver UT 84713 Karianne Jarvis 435-438-6484 Commission Chairman 435-213-1752 (Fax) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Beaver County Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 6:30 pm at the Beaver County Administration Building at 105 East Center St., Beaver, Utah, at which time and place the commission will hear public comments concerning the following proposed zone change: Ordinance 2025-14. The following described parcels of land from Agricultural 10 (A-10) to Residential Estates 5 (RE-5) to transition the property to conform with residential zoning requirements, replacing existing agricultural uses: SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 7 WEST. ALSO SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 7 WEST. ALSO NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 7 WEST. Complete details are on file in the Beaver County Clerk's Office.
