Description/Agenda
This notice is to inform interested citizens of the intent of the Northern Utah Environmental Resource Agency's board to increase and/or set new rates for the Bayview Landfill, per the notification requirements set forth in Utah Code 11-13-531.
Intended rate increases are as follows:
- Increase MSW from $10.50 per ton to $11.50 per ton
- Set a Direct Haul rate of $12.50 per ton
- Set a Sludge rate of $38.00 per ton
- Set a Tipper Fee of $0.67 per ton
- Set a Trailer Handling Fee of $1.11 per ton
- Set a Special Handling Waste Fee of $95 per ton
- Set a Special Handling Waste with Certificate of Destruction Fee of $200 per ton
