- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Please take notice that the Garfield County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following: SUBJECT: Short-Term Rental Ordinance Amendments DATE: Wednesday, November 20, 2024 TIME: 2:00 PM LOCATION: Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759 The proposed Short-Term Rental Ordinance amendments include changing the maximum distance off a paved or chip sealed road that a short-term rental can be located from 1 mile to 2 miles. The public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the 2nd Floor Conference Room, Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759.
