Call to order: Mayor Alfred C. Bigelow Public Hearing 1. Public Hearing on $7,537,000 Water Bonds bearing no interest, for construction of Water Treatment Plant. Regular Council Meeting Agenda Items: 2. Review and discussion of proposed fence ordinance as recommended by the Planning Commission. 3. Monthly Financial Review - October 2024 statements. 4. Continuing Business. a. Inland Port project. b. Short-term rental ordinance. 5. Councilmembers reports: Jen Christiansen Jeff Killian AJ Mower Mary Pipes Mary Wintch 6. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 7. Mayor Bigelow. 8. Consideration of approval for minutes of prior meeting. (October 16th Regular Meeting) 9. City Manager Kent Barton. 10. Closed Session (if needed).
