Description/Agenda: Rule Hearings for the following Division rules filed with Administrative Rules: R156-67 (OAR #56871), R156-44a (OAR #56872), R156-11a (OAR #56873), R156-47b (OAR #56897), R156-72 (OAR #56902) and R156-1 (OAR #56914) and R156-31b (OAR #56929). The Division anticipates all of these proposed rule filings will appear in the November 15, 2024 edition of the State Bulletin and the December 1, 2024 edition of the State Bulletin (R156-31b). Google Meet link for this rule hearing date can be found in the proposed rule filings that have been filed with Office of Administrative Rules.
