NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 18, 2024, the Administrative Control Board of Cedarview-Montwell Special Service District (the 'Issuer'), adopted a resolution (the 'Resolution') declaring its intention to hold a public hearing on November 20, 2024, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. The location of the public hearing is at 270 North 500 West, Roosevelt, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Parity Water Revenue Bonds and any potential economic impact to the private sector from the construction of culinary water system improvements, including construction of a 9-mile transmission line that will connect the distribution system to the primary source, the Victory Pipeline, together with all related work and improvements to be funded by such Parity Water Revenue Bonds in the amount of not to exceed $2,000,000. All members of the public are invited to attend and participate.
A copy of the Resolution is on file in the office of the Secretary in Roosevelt, Utah, where it may be examined during regular business hours, 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday.
