Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on a zone change request by Mountain Country Equipment (Joe Humphrey) for property located at approximately 751 N Main Street (parcel #s: XA00-0779-13 & XA00-0777-1 both .76 acres) from the CU1 (Combined Use 1) zone to HC1 (Highway Commercial 1) zone.
