- NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Altamont Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday November 14, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office building, located at 15588 W 4000 North Altamont Utah 84001In conjunction with the Altamont Town Council meeting. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public input on Proposed Ordinance. An Ordinance Amending Altamont Town Municipal Code, Title 11, Subdivisions, as well as Title 12 Planning and Zoning. The proposed amendments add new sections in compliance with the Utah State Legislature's mandate in Senate Bill 174 (2023) and House Bill 476 (2024). The proposed amendments will streamline and clarify subdivision procedures and related matters. The public is invited to review and inspect all information available concerning such proposal(s) at the Altamont Town Office Wednesday's & Thursday's or by appointment If you desire further information, please contact (435) 454-3469.
