Martain Don Despain Barbara Cameron NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON IMPROVEMENT DISTICT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Big Cottonwood Canyon Improvement District will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, November 7th, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m., in the District Office at 8021 Brighton Loop Road, (Above the Brighton Store), Brighton, Utah. The proposed agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve Minutes of the Q2 Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees held August 1st, 2024. 2. Review Q3 2024 Financial Statements. 3. Greens Basin Low Pressure Spur Mitigation. 4. Operations Status Overview going into Winter '24/'25. 5. Discussion: STR Letter Requirements. 6. Proposed Budget 2025. 7. GM Compensation Review. 8.
