NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES BOUNTIFUL IRRIGATION DISTRICT DAVIS COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Bountiful Irrigation District, Davis County, Utah, will hold its monthly open Board of Trustees' meeting at the office of said District at 995 South 500 West, Bountiful, Davis County, Utah, pursuant to the District's Electronic Board Meeting Policies and Procedures. It is anticipated that one or more members of the Board of Trustees will be participating by electronic means. No electronic means will be available for the public and other interested persons to participate in the board meeting. The board meeting will commence at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Approval of minutes of October 6th, 2024 B. Approval of minutes of October 11th, 2024 (closed meeting) C. Manager's Report (for discussion and approval) - Preliminary Budget 2025 - Purchase leased tractor in 2025 - Tractor Lease agreements up, will Rent for 2025 - Budget/Bond Hearing December 4 - 6 PM (Regular Budget Hearing at 6:15 pm) review COE from Zions public finance. D. Manager's Report continued (for discussion only) - Activities / Repairs update - Meter installation update (MC Green start Nov.12) - Water use report - Legal Counsel for Class D petitions (Durrell) - Safety - Miscellaneous (UASD Convention Trustee training starts today at 1pm) - Updating District Policies - Discussion of future agenda items - 2025 trustee meeting schedule, Replacement timing for new board member.
