CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers at 2700 W. Taylorsville Boulevard on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. Person(s) wishing to make a public comment may attend the meeting or submit comments via email to jspung@taylorsvilleut.gov, or via phone/voicemail to (801) 955-2092, no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the regularly scheduled meeting time. City staff will share submitted comments with the Planning Commission members; all comments received are added to the public record. The following issues will be open to public hearing:
- Paxton Guymon, PKEG Investments, LLC, is requesting a General Plan Map Amendment for 5.3 acres of property located at 4027 & 4035 W. 6200 S. from Low-Density Residential to High-Density Residential. File #2G24.
- Paxton Guymon, PKEG Investments, LLC, is requesting a Zoning Text Amendment to Chapter 13.44 of the Taylorsville Municipal Code, Adopting Standards for the SSD-R Taylor Villas Zoning District. File #6Z24.
- Paxton Guymon, PKEG Investments, LLC, is requesting a Zoning Map Amendment for 5.3 acres of property located at 4027 & 4035 W. 6200 S. from Single-Family Residential (R-1-40) to Site-Specific Development (SSD-R Taylor Villas). File #7Z24.
- The City of Taylorsville is requesting a Zoning Text Amendment to Sections 13.08.020; 13.11.250; and 13.36.190 of the Taylorsville Municipal Code, Updating Standards Related to Reception Centers. File #8Z24.
