1. PUBLIC HEARING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - 141 E. Mountain View Dr. A Public Hearing on proposed Conditional Use Permit for 141 Mountain View Drive for a home-based snow removal company. Comments are limited to three minutes and written comments may be submitted to cclaridge@bhtown.utah.gov no later than Nov 4, 2024 by 5PM.
2. PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN AMENDMENT TO AN EXISTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT - 339 Spruce St. Amendment to Conditional Use Permit for 339 Spruce Street for an addition of a fuel tank.
3. CONSIDERATION FOR APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AT 141 E. MOUNTAIN VIEW DR.: Greg Sant, Planning Administrator. The Commission will consider a CUP for a home based snow removal.
4. CONSIDERATION FOR APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN EXISTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AT 339 SPRUCE ST.: Greg Sant, Planning Administrator. The Commission will consider an amendment to a CUP for fuel tanks and review of existing conditions.
