- CENTERVILLE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - ZONE CODE AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 6th, 2024, at 7:00pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, regarding proposed Zone Code Amendment to CZC 12.12.040 Definitions, concerning the request to add a definition for the term 'Body Art', and CZC 12.36.040 Table of Uses for Commercial Uses, specifically regarding the request to amend CZC 12.36.040 by removing the term 'Tattoo Establishment' and replacing it with the term 'Body Art'. Also, regarding a request to amend CZC 12.36.040 to allow 'Body Art' as a permitted/conditional use in any commercial zone.
