- NORTH POINTE SOLID WASTE SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Administrative Control Board of the North Pointe Solid Waste Special Service District will hold a public hearing on November 18, 2024, for the purpose of hearing comments on a potential fee increase: - Proposed General Fee Increase - Proposed 2025 Budget The Public Hearing will be held at North Pointe Solid Waste Special Service District conference room. 2000 W 200 S Lindon, Utah on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. This notice is hereby provided in accordance with the provisions of the 'Fiscal Procedures for Special Interlocal Entities' and Utah Code Section 11-13-531.
