NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a City Council Meeting on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 6:00 p.m. 1) 6:00 p.m. Gunnison City Audit Review Report from City Auditors, Kimball & Roberts 2) Review of City Revenues – Improved Sales Tax Numbers and other Economic Indicators – Gary Keddington, Financial Advisor 3) Proposed Approval of Part-time Police Officer, Eric A. MacArt – Chief Halliday 4) Discuss and Possible Approval of Snow Removal Equipment and Sidewalk Snow Removal Bids 5) Review City Council Schedule for 2012 6) Council Training: Discuss Details and Recommendations for Content for Possible Council Training Seminar January 20-21, 20aa, and Newly Elected Officials’ Training –February 4, 2012, Ephraim City Hall, ULCT 7) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, November 16, 2011, Open and Closed Sessions 8) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 9) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustment 10) Review and Discuss Updated Main Street Design Plans – Brady Pitcher, Landscape Architect and Carson DeMill, Jones & DeMille Engineering 11) Closed Session 12) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
