NO OFFICIAL CITY BUSINESS WILL BE CONDUCTED. Closed Session City Council will go into a closed session pursuant to the provisions of the Utah State Code, Section(s) 52-4-205, for the purpose of discussing (a) the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual.
