PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday November 12, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following items: Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance amending City Code Section 10-14-24-1-C: Permitted and Conditional Uses, by modifying the provisions and requirements for permitted principal uses within The Grove Commercial Sales Subdistrict, to permit Use #6416 - Auto washing, polishing, and detailing. Applicant Antonio Mendez. This item was continued from the October 15, 2024 meeting. Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance amending City Code Section 10-9B-11: Lot Coverage requirements in Single-Family (R-1) Zones to increase the permitted lot coverage from 30% to 40%. Applicant Scott Dent Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance amending City Code Section 10-11A-2-C: Permitted Principal Uses in the Neighborhood Commercial (C-N) Zone, to permit uses 5162 (Electrical appliances, television, and radio sets, etc.), 5695 (Other retail trade - apparel, sports apparel, etc.), and 2742 (Commercial printing, lithographic). Applicant Mike Carter Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance amending City Code Section 10-18: Off Street Parking Standards for a code text amendment to revise the requirement for driveways leading to a garage/carport entrance for townhomes and rowhomes.
