- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. A request to amend the Desert Color zone plan. This PD amendment would allow the construction of a new restaurant building on 1.31 acres. The site is located on the north side of Black Mountain Drive just south of Big Shots Golf. The applicant is H. C. Klover Architect, and the representative is Henry Klover. The project will be known as Panda Express. Case No. 2024-PDA-023.
