SECTION 00 11 16 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS KAYSVILLE CITY CORPORATION KAYSVILLE, UTAH MUTTON HOLLOW; MAIN STREET INTERSECTION Kaysville City Corporation (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Mutton Hollow; Main Street Intersection Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Kaysville City Hall located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, Utah 84037, until Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: The installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Main Street and Mutton Hollow. Work items include roadway widening, curb and gutter, sidewalk, gravity irrigation and roadway drainage improvements, signing and striping improvements, and adjusting existing utilities. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $1.5 million. The project is expected to be substantially complete by October 15, 2025. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Contract Documents is: QuestCDN. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Contract Documents from the Issuing Office at www.questcdn.com, eBidDoc # 9397266 or at www.jub.com and clicking on the 'Plans' tab. The contract documents will be available Wednesday, October 30, 2024. A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday November 6, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at Kaysville City Hall located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, Utah 84037.
